DPG Media invited us to design a platform where they could display their long form content. The platform had to become the largest streaming platform in Flanders, making their content relevant and available on all devices (mobile, desktop & television).
Streamz
We were challenged to compete in a pitch to design the first Flemish paying streaming platform. The platform needed to have a premium and exclusive look and feel, so we made a design and presentation according those criteria. By the way, we won the pitch ;)
DELA
Insurance company DELA wanted to improve the customer journey to reduce churn of existing customers. We created a service blueprint of the current situation and defined pain points. For several painpoints we created new concepts, which were validated, prioritised and visualised in a future customer journey map.
Telenet TV
For the telecommunications company Telenet I worked on the early lifetime journey for new tv customers. The goal was to get new customers as soon as possible up to speed with their new TV-box and its new features, so we could increase overall engagement.
YOMY
During the famous 2020 lockdown I started this side project from the belief that the current dating app market isn't fulfilling the user needs. All current dating apps work via the same matching behaviour. The concept is an answer to user frictions like the time investment, overchoice and superficial conversations.
Play Sports
The Play Sports acquisition page needed a redesign, but I took it further and analysed the entire acquisition journey, getting an overview of all touchpoints and improving the critical moments of truth.
